SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1. Payment Information 
By accepting these standard terms, you authorize VPN Worldwide to automatically bill the charge card you have provided until you cancel this subscription. You are billed according to the "Billing Policies" described below. In conjunction with this policy, you may cancel this subscription at any time, but VPN Worldwide will not refund any remaining portion of your subscription fees, including any minimum commitments, already billed to your account. You agree to provide VPN Worldwide with valid, accurate and up-to-date credit card and contact information. Failure to comply may result in the immediate termination of this subscription. You agree to notify VPN Worldwide regarding any billing issues or disputes within 90 days after they have been charged. If any issues or disputes are not brought to VPN Worldwide's attention within this term, you waive your right to dispute them. 

2. Billing Policies 
If you purchase a monthly subscription, your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase for your first month of use. After this initial payment, your credit card will be automatically charged on the same day the subsequent month for the use of this application, until you cancel your subscription. 
If you purchase a 3 month´s subscription, your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase for the entire subscription amount. After this initial payment, your credit card will be automatically charged on the anniversary of each renewal date for the use of this application, until you cancel your subscription. 
If you purchase a 6 month´s subscription, your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase for the entire subscription amount. After this initial payment, your credit card will be automatically charged on the anniversary of each renewal date for the use of this application, until you cancel your subscription. 

3. Cancel Information 
You may cancel this subscription by emailing [email protected] In the event you signed up for a minimum commitment period, you will be responsible for all charges for the entire minimum commitment period. 

4. VPN Worldwide's Right to Terminate or Modify Terms 
VPN Worldwide may modify the terms of this subscription, including but not limited to the price, content or nature of the subscription, upon notice to you. In the event that VPN Worldwide modifies the subscription terms, you may terminate the subscription. VPN Worldwide may terminate this subscription at any time upon notice to you, provided that you will be entitled to receive the subscription for any period for which you have already paid, or a pro-rated refund (to be determined at VPN Worldwide's sole discretion). VPN Worldwide may provide notice by email or by publishing the changes on its Web site. This Agreement will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any term. No notice shall be required from VPN Worldwide to effect such termination. Upon any termination of this Agreement (whether by you or VPN Worldwide), you shall immediately discontinue use of the subscription product. Your obligation to pay accrued charges and fees shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

6. Email Notification 
To let you know what new subscriptions are available from time to time, or to notify you of a charge to your account, VPN Worldwide will send you email correspondence. You agree that as a subscriber, VPN Worldwide may send you such email to the address you provide. You will receive this email even if you have opted out of receiving other email from VPN Worldwide. If you do not want to receive this email, you may cancel the subscription at any time as provided in this Agreement.
