My VPN IP address is set to wrong location


  • You are connected to a VPN server in different location than you need.
  • You are checking the IP location on an IP locator website which has a wrong record in their database.



  1. Check whether you are connected to correct server address. The server list can be found in your welcome email. 
  2. If you are sure that you are connected to the correct server then try to check your IP location at another IP location page. Some IP location websites shows wrong result as they have wrong results in their database. We recommend checking at: or at
